Under direct supervision, the?Graphics Layout Specialist?produces graphic design layouts for graphics to be represented by visual communications media such as exhibits, tradeshow, corporate meeting and public events.? Responsibilities include:

• Work directly with sales and design on all aspects of graphic designing for branch and corporate accounts.
• Graphic design, layout and project manage assigned projects for large format graphics production.
• Create & provide detailed layout proofs to clients for approval before production.
• Create production ready layout files & submits to production.
• Coordinate with production personnel on a daily basis.
• Checks client-supplied files for accuracy, resolution and general print-worthiness.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and other duties assigned.

Now that you know what the position does, do you have the background to do the job?

• Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years of related experience and/or training in large format graphic production for tradeshows / corporate events
• Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient computer skills using Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge, Acrobat) and other various graphic applications.
• Coordination - Adjusts actions, schedules, or timelines in relation to internal or external pressures and forces.
• Productivity - Stays focused and uses time efficiently.? Prioritizes work effectively.? Performs work with minimal supervision.
• Quality / Quantity - Looks for ways to improve or promote quantity of work while still adhering to quality standards.? Demonstrates accuracy, creativity, thoroughness, timeliness, and attention to detail.?? Brings quality/quantity concerns to the attention of appropriate individuals.
• Must be available on weekends & evenings when schedule dictates.
